We are always thrilled to share our passion for coffee with you.

It's also a joy to announce the launch of our filter coffee brewing workshops, featuring coffee from Colombia and hosted by our founder, Alfredo ESCOBAR.

Seats per workshop: 10

The workshops take place in the artistic and prestigious exhibition space THE MUISCA Art Space, at 8 rue d'Ormesson, 75004 Paris.

Duration: One hour. During the workshop, we’ll cover:

• An overview of all the coffee-producing regions in Colombia and their unique characteristics

• A brief introduction to specialty coffee

• Gentle brewing methods and their distinctions

• Theory behind the day’s brewing method (V60 - Chemex - French press)

• Tasting of Colombian coffee

When is the workshop held?
Wednesdays from 5 PM to 6 PM — in French, English, and Spanish.
