  • 5’ Introduction to Colombian coffee and its terroirs

  • 25'-35' Coffee cupping using SCA methodology

    • Preparing our cupping

    • Water quality

    • Water temperature

    • Pouring the right amount – the perfect extraction ratio

  • 10' Experience sharing and feedback
