Our teams deliver the coffee to you under our contract with Chronopost Food management. Deliveries will be scheduled during the week of the order. Each order will have a preparation time of 3 or 4 days maximum.
Deliveries will be scheduled according to the availability of the coffees offered. If the ordered coffees are not available, our team will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
The machines will be delivered with a maximum time of 2 weeks. All our machines and accessories will be validated in availability and our logistics teams will keep you informed of the delivery time. Once confirmed the unavailability of some product our sales teams will come back to you to offer you an alternative or a refund.
Once the tracking code has been confirmed by Chronoposte, this code will be notified through our website.
