It’s also a great joy to announce the launch of our INTRODUCTION TO COFFEE workshop, led by our founder, Alfredo ESCOBAR.

The workshops take place in the artistic space of THE MUISCA, located at 8 rue d'Ormesson, 75004 Paris.

Duration: One hour. During the workshop, we will explore:

• An overview of all coffee-producing regions in Colombia and their unique characteristics

• A quick introduction to specialty coffee

• The process of preparing green coffee

• Drying methods

• Transportation

• Storage

• Coffee roasting

• Different brewing methods

Followed by a tasting of Colombian coffee.

When is the workshop held?

Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM, in Spanish, english and/or French.
